2025 Annual General Meeting 
Who: Everyone is welcome, only previous season members can vote
Where: Walnut Park School, Main entrance, multi-purpose room
4092 Mountainview Ave, Smithers BC
When: Tuesday October 28th, 2025, 7:00PM
What: The NSVC Annual General Meeting
Attend the meeting, get involved! We will be filling the following positions:
● Club Secretary – Two-year term
● Coaches Representative – Two-year term
● Parent Liaison – Two-year term   
● Director Fundraising – Two-year term
● Club Registrar – Two-year term
There is a lot that goes into running of the club, with 
many opportunities to get involved!
Spreading this out makes less work for everyone.
Monthly meetings during the season and basic level email savvy are the requirements!
Other volunteer opportunities include:
